How can Wellness RD, LLC help me?
Wellness RD, LLC is for people who want guidance to a better state of health. It is also for those who have symptoms of food sensitivities and possible micronutrient deficiencies.
Wellness RD, LLC’s services are most appropriate for people who have made a decision to be committed to lifestyle change conducive to good health. While a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist provides you with the tools you need to create a healthy plan, it is your commitment that will make you successful on your journey.
Do you take insurance?
Wellness RD, LLC does not take insurance. Instead, clients receive a “superbill,” where appropriate. A superbill allows you to submit your own claim for reimbursement to your insurance provider and collect any potential reimbursement directly from that organization.
Will my insurance cover the services of a Registered Dietitian?
Insurance does not typically cover 100% of the fees and you will be responsible for some, if not all, of the costs. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA)/ Flex Spending Account, it may be acceptable to use those funds to pay for RDN services.
What is Wellness RD, LLC’s payment policy and how do I schedule services?
Wellness RD, LLC requires ALL payments in advance, at the time of scheduling. Advanced notice of no less than 24 hours from the scheduled time of your appointment is required for all cancellations.
